Prof. Nelson Dibie(Principal Partner )

My Name is Nelson Dibie and have been in the human resources world for over 28 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, master’s in public administration and a doctorate degree in public policy and administration with area of specialty in Human Resources, Leadership, and Management. A professor at Fresno Pacific University and a consultant. In my experience in senior Human Resources, I have helped to shape many top organizations here in the United State of America, while impacting human resources knowledge to my graduate students, but also helping in building a strong leadership and followership development. My area of specialty is in all phases of human resources and developing of leadership and followership.
